Sounds like some intense allergies.

Take Benadryl every morning, as directed on the box. See if that prevents/lessens the symptoms.

Also take it when symptoms come up to see if it counter-acts them. If it does, allergies are the likely culprit.

As for what kind of allergy, you have to go to an allergist and get tested to find out.

I think you should go to a doctor instead of asking for advice here.
