I've been meeting quite a few new people lately and they seem to actually like me.
However it's lead me to realize how uninvolved I am socially. A lot of the time I'm either completely checked out of the coversations or I just listen because I cant really think of anything to contribute
How can I get better at this. I think I'd be all around happier if I was more involved socially

if you dont know about anything continue to sit out, but you could always try

then wait til you can transition it to something you do know.
