Hello /adv/, I was wondering if there's medfags out here or just general anons that know about this.

About 6 months ago, I read one of those creepypasta things. I wont get in-depth, but there was a group of friends that found you could stimulate waking up after passing out (without actually being knocked out.) I'm going to state how you do it, and for the love of God, please don't try this.
1. Take 10 deep breaths very swiftly.
2. On the last breath, shut your eyes, hold your breath, and wrap your arms around yourself (self-hug but tightly)
3. Your friend comes in from behind and gives the biggest, tightest bear hug he can manage.
4. Your sorry ass is knocked out for a few seconds. Friend should be holding you so you don't fall.
5. Few seconds later you wake up and you feel all jittery.
The effect is different for everyone. I usually felt like I was standing by a jackhammer (huge vibrations. Like turn up your bass ALL the way up in your car. That feeling.) Also, it kinda made my vision get blocked, like big blotches of black.
Here comes my part. I was doing this (prolly 3rd or 4th time that month.) I did this successfully - I woke up, feelin all weird and jittery, and my friend assumes it's okay to let go, so he does. A couple of seconds pass and then, according to my friends, I stared into space and passed out and fell, hitting the back of my head on the hard concrete floor. I woke up a few seconds later, and it hurt like shit for a little bit. I also had that jackhammery feel really bad for a good 30 seconds longer than I normally had it.
And past that point, if I get up from a nap, get out of bed, or as of recently, simply standing up out a chair after sitting for an extended time, I get exetremely light headed and my vision gets super bad again, like big black blotches obscure my view. I sometimes get vibrations in my body like I stated before but not as badly as if I actually did the passout trick with my friend.
This has been getting progressively worse.
