20 push-ups every day = 2 minutes of your time and you do not need anything. The key isn't going to the gym. The key is doing something consistently. To teach yourself discipline. Once you have that under control, you can apply it to anything (e.g. brushing your teeth, making your bed, cycling to work, paying bills on time).

More like 5-10 minutes, but that's assuming you can do them consecutively without any rest. If you include rest time, then it's more like 20 minutes. And if you allow time to change in and out of your workout outfit and shower after, you're talking like an hour each day. Some of us don't have that much free time in our daily lives.
