My gf of 2.5 years broke up with me, she said we hadn't been spending enough time together and she felt I wasn't treating her right. A few days before we broke up I noticed her texting some guy, didn't think anything of it at first, then a few days later she asked if I wanted to hang out with them because it'd be weird for them to hangout considering we're still dating, they decided they shouldn't
However, literally the next day he gave her a ride home from work because he worked near her, again I though, fair enough, she needed a ride home. The next 2 days they hung out together, without her telling me, I would ask her what she's up to and she said at the park talking to that guy, the next day she went to his church, day after that we broke up
I asked her if she had feelings for him and she said she doesn't know
I don't know where to go from here, 2.5 years down the drain after her talking to a guy for a few days, the other issues she raised were legitimate but I don't believe they were breakup worthy, I feel so broken and betrayed, I've thrown up because of how sick I feel, I've cried in front of family members I haven't cried in front of in years
I guess I'm just asking for some wisdom and support
