My "roommate" (tenant) recently purchased a car after 2 years living here, without asking if it would be okay, or if he would have a spot. He has been parking in my driveway, or in the street, where others have traditionally parked. In my driveway, he restricts access for my other roommate and I while he is asleep.
On the street, he occupies the space in front of the neighbors' houses, or forces us to take those spots. They are understandably angry that they are frequently blocked from parking in front of their own home.
What do I do here?
Are you the guy who made a thread about this a few weeks ago? Where you basically don't like him and fuck him over by charging him more rent than the other roommate, and you were all "our cars are more expensive, so we should get to keep them in the garage despite the fact that he'll use his less and I'll have to pay a fee if he parks it on the street"?
Since he is your tenant, warn him that if he parks in your driveway again, you will call a towing agency. When he does it, immediately call them.

Haha, I thought of that thread as I wrote this, but no. Pretty similar though.

To clarify, we have a single covered parking spot, and an uncovered driveway. Then there is some limited room in our area, and the next generally available space is by our neighborhood pool area.
