Guys i have trouble with my speech
Once in a while i would try to say something but comes out kinda different
Like just this morning i was going to tell my mom "i'm going to wash my pants"
But i said, "i'm going to wash my stants"
This pisses me off so much can anyone help?

Dyslexia is a reading disability. Unless i was reading off a paper it wouldn't affect my speech. And i certainly don't have trouble reading either.
