So I'm giving therapy another shot. Made an appointment but it's not until August 8th.
Not too far but I'm anxious to just get to it. I don't really have anyone I feel comfortable talking to and really want to see a therapist if not for the sole reason to just talk to someone.
How can I calm down and be patient or calm anticipation? August 8th just feels like a long ass time.
