I feel like shit for like 5-8 hours after waking up, dizzy, neck pain, not able to focus, hypotension, muscle pain, it's getting better in the evening and/or after high doses of caffeine.
pic related, supposedly fibromyalgia.
Fibromyalgia takes a lot of tests to diagnose. I would go to a doctor who will refer you to a specialist. Sounds like fibro though, my girlfriend has it. Also get an HIV test, could be that (not a joke)
just go to the doc
You seriously haven't seen a doctor about this? Not even an online doctor for advice? It could be serious like fibro, or a hormone imbalance, or maybe even sleep apnea. Or maybe something simple.

Got a girlfriend with fibro too, takes a long time to diagnose fibro. Years, since it easily criss crosses with other problems. Likelyhood of women getting it is leagues higher then men.

my doc keeps sending me away, usually leaving me with a prescription for high dosed Ibuprofen and the recommendation to go to physical therapy.
None of it helped, I even exercise every other day or even more, it often leaves me extremely exhausted though.
I'll try switching to another doctor, mine probably thinks I'm a hypochrondriac because I'm "young and fit and maybe just a bit stressed out" according to him. Yeah, the x-ray is fine, so is my blood, but it doesn't change anything about the fact that I am incapable of fully functioning before like 3 pm or so.
At least I've been able to rule out sleep apnea so far.

I never had unprotected intercourse so far, but of course I'll consider taking an HIV test as well if it makes sense.
Those symptoms majorly impair my everday life, I do have some days where I feel better, and I didn't have these symptoms as a kid, but currently I don't even know what it is like to feel well-rested and not fatigued.
So far, huge loads of caffeine combined with high doses of Ibuprofene and topical diclofenac and/or icepacks on my neck can save the day, oddly enough, the whole "brain fog" starts getting much better in the evening, around 9 pm I start to feel normal, but then fatigue will kick in again and I fall asleep soon.
