Why is it that sometimes later in the night my depression flairs up really bad? Usually I can manage, but for some reason at night sometimes I just want to die. I loathe everything, and I become disinterested in everything.

What is this? Why does my depression sometimes become unbearable at night? What can I do to stop it?
