Force yourself to hold in strict rules, f.e. only have enought money for food and living with you, never more than you really need. This will force you to cut costs in weed. Also changing your enviorment helps alot. Go in a trip for 2 or 3 Weeks, learn New things and places and back up from your user peergroup. Same Situation Here fight your mind!

Coming from a suicidal faggot years before, what helped me was I went to work in a palliative care unit. I was kind of enlightened because I saw many people fighting for their lives due to their sickness and trying to get better. While here I am wanting to commit suicide just because of some problem.

I still get sad from time to time but not as depressed as before.
