Is it a good idea to accept a job offer when depressed?
I've been suffering from a pretty bad major depressive episode for about 11 months straight, it made it very difficult to get anything done at my last job, which led to me being fired (and thus more depressed). I'm in therapy right now, but I can barely afford it and even with the job I was offered I would still be in the red every month but not by that much.
Is it worth it?
it'll give you a reason to get out of bed every morning, occupy your mind. by all means, go for it.
Do you think you can handle the job?
This was quite literally what lost my last job since the medication negatively impacted my hours I could work, and in the end I ended up burning a friends reference and lost an amazing spot at McDonald's.
It depends on the situation and condition, but even the worst-case scenarios typically do little to no harm.
In my case it has been a major help, not once but twice. Neither time was an outright cure, of course. But for the moment, they were just what I needed.

I've already been fired from 3 jobs so if I fuck this one up I don't want the pile to grow.

Yes the job itself is easy but I have a habit of disassociating and spacing out which screws me on any job
