I'm still getting interviews for graduate jobs and I have specific goals (learn programming and work on projects for fun / income / resume boosting) but I just keep wasting shitloads of time on the internet, eating unhealthy food (my gym routine stops me being obese), and telling myself every single day that tomorrow will be different and I'll start eating healthily and working hard (I must've done that over 200 times in the past year, no joke).
How do I get out of this rut? Or better yet, how did you get out of it?

Other than the "find out how to make money out of something you enjoy" bullshit advice there's not much to say. If you really are smart but lazy you will figure something out when you run out of money.
