I have them too. I used Preparation H, but it only worked as long as I used it. They'd flare up again eventually after I stopped. If you're sung blood, make sure your family doesn't have a history of gastronomic problems, particularly cancer. You might want to see a gastroenterologist about it if yours does, just in case.

I had hemorrhoids for a few months many years ago. They didn't really cause me any discomfort though and actually did go away on their own.

I stopped sitting on the toilet so long, straining so much, and started going more regularly instead of waiting until I got home and REALLY had to go to go.
