am I doomed to be but half a man and therefore repulsive to the opposite sex as long as I weigh 90 pounds and am comically accident- prone in the workplace?

I used to be quite underweight. I used to be 90 pounds, but somehow over time, I went up to 110 pounds. Those 20 pounds are only 20 pounds of fat, as I never exercised.
As much as I know you probably don't want to work out, I recommend that you do. Personally, I started off doing a 100 pushup program. After a few weeks of that program, I got the desire to get stronger, but 100 pushups really doesn't make you that much stronger, so I started weight lifting. I dont like going to a gym, so I lift at home with a crappy barbell and dumbbell set, but whatever works will be fine. I got tired of being weak, and I got functional strength at the very least. I have more muscle, but I'm still quite skinny. I'm only 116 pounds now. My experience is that the hardest part is to get started. I recommend that you start exercising somehow. You can start off with something simple like pushups. Weight lifting and gaining muscle takes a really long time. You are 18 years old and if you weightlift until you reach my age(I'm 24), you'll be far better off than what I am now.

I know I would be repulsed by you, I'm 5.3, and the minimum healthy weight for my height is 104~. I used to be so underweight my period stopped, I always felt horrible, etc.
For your sake, start eating more (healthy) food and slowly get your weight up to an appropriate level.
