Since i was 10 years old ive been watching porn almost everyday. Its gotten pretty bad when i was a kid blood used to come out with my semen but i didnt realize how disturbing that was until now.
The past year ive been jerking off atleeast twice a day, some days 4 times or more. I jerk off when i wake up, sit in front of the computer and just as i go to bed. I didnt realize i had a problem until a few months ago when i got caught by my boss watching porn at work and it was like a wake up call, so im trying to get into nofap to 'repair' my brain but i dont know if its even worth it.
On one hand i feel more energetic, confident and i dont know how to say this but 'angrier' that sorta keeps me more concious than i was when i was jerking off rapid.
The downside is that i ALWAYS have this ache in my brain like a constant feeling of hangover. Like someone is slowly rubbing sandpaper inside your brain that builds up during the day. Its so bad that i actually have to physically get an ice pack before i sleep.
This condition seems to disappear when i jerk off and watch porn. I have no idea what physiological symptom this is and maybe one of you could explain it.
On the other hand, maybe its because im not a teenager anymore, jerking off REALLY fucks me up. Even just once i find myself acting like someone with dementia the next day, being lazy and having 0 motivation but it feels 'stable' with no scratching in my brain and i feel less stressed but all the while knowing that im in a state i dont want to be in.
I just dont know what to do. I havent masturbated in a week and its making my brain hurt.

It really depends on what type of porn you like. Generally speaking, it is okay to look at individual pictures of women such that you might find in a playboy magazine where it features a woman and in sexy poses but naked. The porn that features sex between men and women generally affects your mind at a larger level. Right now your only problem is that you look at it too much but down the line you'll experience many problems such as the inability to hold a erection or have "normal" sex with your partner. I suggest you seek a expert at curing people with serious porn problems.
With that said, your problem isn't unique. Millions of young adults experience the same problems due to the easy access of porn on the internet.
It should also be noted that finding a woman will not "cure" you of your porn problems. You will continue to look at porn and may find it harder to maintain a relationship due to it. So it is best that you fix this problem now at such a young age as the older you get the more difficult it will be to fix.

Sounds like you are breaking an addiction, with withdrawals like any other substance addiction. Stick it out, maybe see some sort off specialist or psychiatrist if you are worried. They might even learn something from your experience.
