So folks i'm in pretty good health

and suddenly I've woken up with dizziness and like a pressure feeling on the front of my head

if i move the top of my face muscles it hurts a lot also

i don't feel sick or have lost appetite

it won't go away either i've had it for 3 days now

i've taken some tylenol and that helps the pain a bit but the dizziness is still there

anyone have an idea of whats the problem?
