What is a good "get your shit together" list of habits

What is a good "get your shit together" list of habits to drop or pick up?

So far I only have "no more porn" and "more exercise"

it depends entirely on the individual and you know it.

that being siad, dont be vague, and set up measures to stick with it.

could mean walking to your mailbox and back. define it. like download a step counter to make sure oyu hit at least 10k steps a day or wahtever.

but we dont know your life. getting shit together generally just means you are taking care of yourself financially, socially and healthily.

yeah, the onei use is called pacer, just be careful cuz if you drive or bus it might download those too. downloading one that lets you switch it on and off when actually going for walks would be ideal, but you get the idea. make actual steps towards getting exercise. saying 'exercise more' leads to nothing.

Reading is really important. I've had my life perspectives change drastically due to books. Plus you'll end up writing better, learning random shit (even from fiction), etc.

Ask people more questions - insightful ones. Be creative with it. Build meaningful bonds. Smile.

Spend less time on social media. Try blocking it or deleting the apps, even if just for a while.

Try everything. Push yourself to your limit, then set a new limit. Break it again.

If you're gonna do something, tell everyone, "Hey I'm gonna do this!" you'll be 10x more motivated to actually do it, because now everyone is expecting it. Don't let them or yourself down.

Use a calendar/daily planner, not a to-do list.

If there's something that needs to be done, pencil in a time to do it. Find a time to read, a time to exercise, even a time to chill, and stick to it.

Things you'll do "one of these days" just don't get done very often.

Don't think you're entitled to anything - Even if you've been at work all day, you still have housework to do when you get home. Reward yourself afterwards, instead.
