How do i stop overthinking?
I'd say 90% of my sadness comes from overthinking and there's nothing i can do about it as of now.

time is of the essence and if she isn't going to date you now she never will

Ask her out, OP. Do it for us. Season two wasn't that bad

Study and practice mindfulness meditation.

If there is a good Zen Buddhist center near where you live, see if they have free classes.

There is also an entire branch of counseling/pscyhology that concerns itself with the problem of "overthinking" - basically, how people trigger negative reactions in themselves by obsessing over certain thoughts. It is called Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (or CBT) and many counselors are trained in how to teach clients to stop those cycles of obsessive thought. Using CBT techniques can help with anxiety, depression, etc.

Smoke tons of weed. That's what finally worked for me. Now I feel like a normal person.
