A bit hard to be more specific since I, obviously, am having a little trouble deciding what I want to do. I'd probably go for something on the engineering side of STEM or the management/entrepreneurial side of business.

If you are unsure between FAME and STEM, then I would go with FAME to be honest. STEM interests me a lot more, but I think overall FAME is a much better experience.

Both are highly competitive fields, but potentially highly lucrative IF you can keep up with the competition.

The nature of the competition, however, is completely different: in STEM it's mostly technical in nature, while in FAME it's mostly social. Assuming that all else is equal between these options, ask yourself in which form of competition you will be able to keep up longer, barring major unforeseeable changes in circumstances. I suggest taking that path, whichever it might be for you.
