This last encounter of yours isn't causing her to throw up. It's too soon. Even if she eventually becomes pregnant from it, fertilization won't happen for another day or so. It is not impossible that could already have been pregnant from an earlier encounter; not counting last night, when was the last time you did anything liable to get her pregnant?

But now all of a sudden she says she feels really tired, has a little headache, and feels a little depressed today. So I told her to lie down and rest for a while and I'll cook lunch.
