Is there a way to lower make sex drive?
I'm in my thirties and could use with a method to control my sexual feelings. It's seriously as bad if I were 16 and I still remember those times. My wife's is a bit annoyed at times when I approach her in sexual manner pretty much every day.
Working out really hard and dieting seriously is the only I way to control them urges, but it's hard to get anything done when you feel exhausted all the time.

try not too hard to approach her with obvious attempts.
I guess atm the two of you are in a situation where you already adapted to roles due to the differences in sex drives, right? This causes some degree of predictability and also acts a s a source of frustation.
Maybe instead, try to approach her with putting her in the center. Acts of kindness and payinga ttention to her needs and stuff like that. Take her out, or cook. Or simply take on jobs in the household; cleaning the dishwasher, taking trash out. This little shit s significant. Also women always feel pissed when they cant get physical affection through cuddling without immediatly getting the feeling that it has to end in sex.
Its literally hard but yeah; she shouldn t be bothered by diamond boner. This gives her kind of the impression that she acts on her own giving you sex.
I know it sucks; got the same problem. On the other hand it could be worse.
And it is not really an uncommon problem. What you should try is to make your communication less stereotypical again.
