got back from the dentist and I have some bone loss around my too canine tooth and it guess across my top teeth, since the gum is the same level throughout there. I have the small black triangles on between them. I still have enough gum that's visible when I smile, but it's still there regardless. I'm only 25 years old. I blame my shit diet, smoking weed and cigs like a chimney and just not taking care of my teeth, not brushing every night and never flossing. I'm gonna stop smoking all together and get a good routine going, hopefully to stop this from getting worse for as long as I can.
anybody else dealt with this at an early age too? most people don't worry about this until they're in their 40s, yet I'm 25 and I'm scared I'm gonna be losing my teeth by the time I'm 30.
