How the fuck do I stop myself from going full sperg?

When I get angry I can't control my words - sometimes it helps in getting other people's respect by "roasting someone", but my 2 latest relationships ended with girls crying and running away.

I get super butthurt when someone is just stupid or lies to me. A couple of years ago, when my gf cheated on me I literally destroyed her life by screaming at her in the classroom and bringing up all the embarrassing stuff.

It doesn't really look like I'm mad but I'm burning inside. The classroom one was an exception. I'm not proud of what happened.
