So, this here box of 40 ore-ida bagel bites works out to about 2100 calories.
And for lunch, I had about 20 of these bagel bites.
Spend 7 hours on the computer.
Now lets say, for dinner, I had an additional 20 bagel bites.
That's 2100 calories right? So that's a healthy day of eating?

Does it matter for 1 day? Na you're fine. But multiple days of this kind of diet would show body weakness.
