I've got a phone interview type this coming up and I don't know if I should call them or they call me?
The last phone interview I had they called me, but this time she's saying "please call me a ##########"
Aren't employers supposed to be the one to call? Would it seem rude to call her first at 3:00?
Just nervous about the interview.
You need to call them, as that employer specified. It can work both ways, i've had ones where i dialed into a conference, and others where i have my thumb up my ass until they make the call. Just follow instructions, and you'll be fine.
As far as nervousness goes, i like to take a walk, be in motion while i phone interview. Treat it like a normal conversation, and smile; they may not see it, but they will hear it.

Don't be nervous if you have a stsrting date. It means they are deciding on you and just want to make sure you're not an autist or something.

Alright.
Is it ok to ask during the interview what I should wear my first day/what the dress code is like?
I'm going into a manufacturing/automation job, but I don't know where they'll put me on the first day.

treat the interview as any other interview. don't go jumping the gun. they'll explain dress code to you if they're taking you.
