I haven't had a day off since a weekend in early December. My back is absolutely killing me, and my fiancee hasn't been able to get the walnut-sized knot out of my back. It's gotten to the point that she is nervous I have a herniated disk or something.
I don't have health insurance, so if I have to pick between a physical therapist, a masseuse, or a chiropractor, are any of them going to be able to help me walk again?

I would go for a physical therapist
Get health insurance idiot.

Do you live in a 3rd world country? Or the US? How can you work that much and not have health insurance?

Probably a third worlder living in the US illegally.
One time a girl from school cracked my back and I thought she'd kill me, but I laid on the floor, inhaled and as I exhaled she just pushed down. It worked like a fucking miracle.
Don't do this though, you may not be as lucky as me. Just ask about it, put your feelers out there. Take a hot bath.

I would suggest going to the chairopractor first then the physical therapist. A lot of the therapists at mine are licensed massage therapists and will massage me as part of the normal treatment.
