2 weeks sober here and it's getting harder everyday. Depression seems to be getting worse, like a lot worse. Before I was just drunk and gloomy, now I'm sober and suicidal.

Any /adv/ice?

workout, eat better, find something to do and stop drinking.

Busy beats sad. Tell yourself it'll get better.
read the book "feeling good" david burns. Go search the pdf or w/e.

Get therapy if you can. Switch therapists if it sucks.
