It is, you just need to find something personal. I've seen plenty of cool sleeves on white people, anything from monsters (a metal guy) to various nintendo game protagonist merging together (a bit nerdy, but hey, whatever floats your boat).

honestly it's not that bad, i've seen worse. my non-religious boyfriend has 2 cross tattoos on both sides of his arms and he's just peachy. you're letting this thing take over your life way more than it should.

Get a cover up. Laser is expensive and painful as well, might as well go straight for cover up. If I were you I'd just get something that you think looks cool. Don't try hard to make it meaningful or hardcore. Most important is that you drop serious money to ensure a quality piece from a good artist.

I've had it done and it's like having somebody snap a rubber band against your skin repeatedly. The actual tattoo hurts infinitely more.

Shave it off with a razor, have a bitchin' scar, say you got it because you're a vampire and were fighting a hunter. When someone calls you on it with the inevitable, "you're out in the sun!" ask them, "do you believe everything you see in the movies?" then eat their dog.
