How do I deal with "chronic" procrastination?

Just a way to call it. I think it is actually not being able to get my shit together and focus. And working with a computer isn't easy because internet. It's like trying to work with a Nintendo.

Any tips?

My boss needs to manage me better or something, because I have no will power of my own.

Like, I do enough work to get by and not to raise any question.. But, I literally spend the majority of my day shitposting and browsing the web.
