I have been trying to find out for a few hours already but to no avail. This just happened today but out of nowhere it feels as if something is swollen on my bottom right jaw. I have rubbed both sides and they feel different with the side in question feeling like a ball.I' felt great this morning but while I was at work it just all of a sudden starting hurting and the skin on the top part of it started getting itchy. The itch has gone away but its still sort of red and the pain in the jaw isn't an unbearable pain and only hurts when I touch it. Any idea of what it could be?

ive looked into bruxism, but is grinding teeth moving the teeth back kinda like a cheese grater and forth or clamping down teeth? cause i occasionally clamp down teeth without realizing it.

but is it anything serious? never had this happen before, no idea what it could be from, ive taken some asprin however
