Is it normal that I'm 20 but still pretend to be driving a car sometimes? As in, when I'm alone I will sometimes make vroom-vroom noises with my mouth while moving my hands back and worth indicating the scenery passing by.
It's pretty annoying, sometimes I get the desire to do it but people are around and they'd probably think I was weird. How do I stop?
As long as you only do this by yourself, it's OK, but it's definitely super weird and you should stop.
Have you ever driven a car? If so, how often?

A few times, but I don't have a license. I also imitate train sounds sometimes.

Yeah, but it's so addicting.

You don't have to stop. If your friends like you, they'll still like you despite your desire to go vroom-vroom!

I don't have any friends, so I guess that means there's even less of a reason to stop?
Sounds like a ritual. Have you looked into ocd?

I think I have mild OCD, I do stuff like checking if my phone is still in my pocket every 5 minutes and if the volume slider is on an even number. Never been diagnosed or anything though.
