I would tell her how you are feeling. I would tell her about the dreams. I know this is gonna make me some like one of those shitty relationship type of person. But if you really wanna make it work with her then you have to be honest. If you don't tell her about the dreams it could lead to some problems down the road. It may be hard for her to hear but at the end of the day she will be glad you told her and it might have saved your relationship. And there are other options other than the pill.

Women change their mind A LOT after the moment they get pregnant. I had a FWB who knew the rules. We were on and off for several years and we had it down to a science. Despite all that, she decided to change the rules on me and almost had a kid. She miscarried, kept the fetus in a jar, and was sad as shit for a while. I didn't touch her again after that.
