Just failed a test that was important to me and got a gut splitting stomachache when I realized I fucked up. Coincidence or can intense disappointment cause this kind of thing?

I tried shitting it out but that doesn't seem to be it.

try harder next time. Realize that is the lesson you must learn from that failure and more on.

Stomach wise i would say try to drink a lot of water and if its still hurts in a week see a doc.

Could be a gorillion things. Stomachs and stress my friend.
