TLDR: Is affection really something that totally disappears eventually in a relationship, and it's normal?
I'm really confused. My partner doesn't really care for anything related to affection anymore. Doesn't say anything nice (ever), no touching, no interest in sex, nothing. I like being affectionate sometimes but now it seems to only make them upset and make me feel like it's wrong to even do it. I've only improved myself recently and become better looking, so it's not about that.
I just don't know anymore.
No. It's normal for that heart-pounding physical passion at the beginning of a relationship to fade over time. That doesn't mean ALL affection should go with it. Your "partner" doesn't even sound like much of a friend, let alone partner

Are you a girl or a boy?
Have you talked to them?

I know things wind down overtime, but by how much it's normal, I have no idea.

I've tried talking about it a few times. To keep it short, the last replies were ''It's the way I am'' and ''I want you to be less clingy, it's annoying''. Which has made me think overtime if I'm really the problem after all.
It hasn't always been like this.
