It seems to vary from person to person, and also from time to time.

For me it's basically a week, but this can also spiral into severe bipolarity.

I find you need some release sometimes, especially if you have issues with sexual frustration, but going overboard can cause severe depression, lethargy, anxiety, social awkwardness, all that shit.

In my experience it's micromanaging between dopamine deficiency or overdose. So uh, basically err on the side of avoiding it, but if you really goddamn need it, one fap a day is excusable.
