If you really think you need psychological help and your parents don't believe you, then ask someone else. Find a teacher you really liked or something and tell them about it.

its just, it seems like my family hates me. Im constantly put down for mistakes or for not being good enough. And every since graduation i have noticed that i really dont have any friends. I just have a perpetual feeling of being alone or not being good enough

Well, in college you'll be by yourself, so you won't have your parents putting you down.

College has pschologists you can talk to.

The worst thing you can do socially is be timid. It takes a while to get social skills but you should look towards making friends.

i know i can get help once i make it to college, but im afraid ill do something stupid before then.
Im not really shy just afraid of making friends and them just ditching me fro someone better

Mine kicked me out because depression had too high a liability for someone harming themselves on the campus.

Then someone killed themselves there two months later, and I'm still here. Fuck them.
