Allow? Just switch. Hes an adult. He has one life. His parents wont have to live out his life, only he will. Don't have regrets; have courage to follow dreams. GPA is not calculated with regards to c or c+. Why are you bothering a professor for this. I could understand if like you're a few tenths of a percent away from a letter grade change but this is spinning your wheels
