I do this (not intentionally.) I have IBS which will sometimes lead to sudden, "last minute" rushes to the tiolet. And the eating side I generally eat at pretty regular times unless I am feeling unwell.

So I would say the severity depends on the person. Someone who went from three meals a day to one per day due to PC use is definitely a danger to themselves. However someone who changed their eating patterns to simply eat at a different, regular time would probably be mostly fine and in control.
