Buy a can of WD40 and spray that shit everywhere under your truck, focusing on all parts of the suspension. Literally spray it till its empty.

WD40 is a lubricant it works great at stopping squeaking in anything metal

Look for grease fittings. You'll probably find quite a few, and just grease them all.

But if it's not the chasis- and I'm thinking it could be shocks- then it's much harder to fix it yourself.
