>driving home from work
>regular sunny day
>turning left on a protected light
>suddenly hear ~*~car crashing sounds~*~
>oh shit
>realize my front right fender has been hit
>OH SHIT
>we both pull over
>22 year old fag gets out
>pretty average, 6/10
>admits it's all his fault and apologizes
>realize the fag ain't that bad
>says he doesn't know what to do, it's his first crash
>police parked nearby comes over and says I can report it online, since he's too busy with a "different call"
>do what he says and report it online when I get home
>call fag's insurance the next day and give my statement
>they call again the next day
>fag has claimed his light was yellow
>haha no way
>I explain I was turning left on a protected light
>fag's insurance guy laughs at the fag
>all seems well
>for evidence, just in case, go to the intersection and film a video of the light
>fucking two second delay after his light turns red for mine to turn green
>don't send the video to anyone though
>week later get another call from his insurance
>fag has claimed that I ran the light
>now they want pictures of the damage
>realize I should've called the police when it happened
>worried the fag's insurance will claim that nobody is at fault
>making a claim with my insurance will raise my monthly payment
>just because of some fucking 6/10 fag

Any ideas for what I should do? I have his name, can probably find a Facebook.
