I'm four months into a relationship and my boyfriend likes to bring up marriage and kids and how beautiful our half asian half white kids will be, who's gonna teach them how to ride a bike, etc. I don't mind since I really like this guy, but he's only young and 19. Is there any red flags or is there anything I should look out/know or? It's a little weird, yeah, but I think it's cute.

It fine as long as it is just talk, I enjoy talking about this with girls before it is fun to imagine but in reality I am thinking 10 years from now.
If he is pressing you for early marriage and kids at a young age because of cultural reason than it may be a problem.
But I would put it down to being cute and shows that he really likes you.
