Either yell at them so they understand why you're disappointed in them, or bottle it up and drink.

I've learned in life that in most cases where you assume there's something wrong with everyone else, it's much more likely that there's something wrong with you.

Find out what you do to cause them to do those things you mentioned.

I'm not OP, but why is it that nobody ever cares about me ? Whenever I make friends, they always seem to really like me and I've never done anything to make people unhappy, but everybody's always too busy with other things to ever do anything with me, so I can never have friends. What's wrong with me that's causing this ?
