Is there anything you can do when your boyfriend/girlfriend is falling in love with a co-worker?
I feel like a fool sitting and waiting for an outcome of this crush.

How exactly do you know they're falling in love with their co-worker? Spends more time with them than you? Constantly talks about them in an overbearingly positive way? Literally refuses your attention in favor of theirs?
Be proactive and say something about it. "Hey, I've noticed you've been acting like you're hooked on this other person. What about us? Are we still a thing?" Just standing by isn't going to solve your issue.

I asked and he openly said he feels a slight crush but nothing more.
I see the way they interact and he goes out of his way to be funny/act cool around her.

Dump him them, the fuck are you dating someone who openly admits to having feelings for others and obviously is trying to attract them?
