I'm assuming that with moderate activity comes moderate musculature as well, so I'd have concerns of her passing out spontaneously if she were below 50 kg. Beneath all of the muscle would be severely dehydrated organs.
If she's not muscular, perhaps a few kilos less. But even that's a stretch.
