Do as >>16992651 says. Also, try stipulating some time of the day for you to masturbate. Like when you're about to sleep. Do it just at that time, or maybe twice a day. If you're really adicted, do it three times and try to decrease the number of times you do it as times goes on.

I'm on the same boat, OP. I feel like I keep crawling back every time I'm about to get away.

I'm working on it. fapped once in the past 34 days and only looked at porn twice.

1) you have to feel repulsed by what you're doing. I mean watching porn is disgusting when you think about it and essentially the same thing as being a cuck.

2) Literally all you have to think is that you're improving yourself by doing nothing. In not watching porn you are becoming a better person.

3) kicking porn is something few people can do in one go. I've been putting together longer and longer streaks PMO free as time goes on. Keep at it.
