I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX and it's having trouble accelerating when I first start it up. It will move but the RPMs will shoot up if I try to make it move faster and the engine will really sound like it's struggling to keep up. This problem seems to go away after the engine is warmed up. I put in my code reader and found code P0113 (problem with PCM which monitors the temperature of the air entering the engine - might explain the warming up effect on the engine) and code P0102 (Problem with the Mass Air Flow sensor which can cause the engine to struggle).
Should I just assume these codes have completely diagnosed the problem? Would it be as easy of a fix as just replacing the mass air flow sensor?
My knowledge of cars is limited and I don't really have a good space to work on it either. At what point should I just go to a mechanic?

Unfortunately there is no way to know until you fix those problems. This goes for almost all mechanical problems.

Go to a parts store, get an estimate on the parts, from there you can try to fix it yourself or go the mechanic. There's no guarantee one part will fix both problems, but I think its safe to say they probably correlate.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I did some more research and found that the symptoms might indicate a problem with the oxygen sensor. With the codes that are showing up, it's making me a bit confused. I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and go to a mechanic.
