My ex that I never really talked to has a picture of me in her Facebook where I have a shaved head and it's in her family picture

Would it be unusual to ask her to crop me out of it or take it down or something we had a horrible break up and never talked but it's freaking me out

I probably wouldn't unless somehow the picture is having a real negative effect on your life (like she's slandering your name in the comments). It's best to leave bad break ups in the past and move forward with your own life.
