Hey /adv/
I met my girlfriend around 5 years ago. 2 years ago she became depressed and im the only source that keeps her happy.
I love her alot but she is starting to take it as granted. Starting to ignore me and cutting me off when i speak, bingeing, talks about things that she knows i hate, expects me to help her lose weight that she gained when she got during her depression.
Im starting to get a social life and talking to people. I want her to experience it as well but she laughs and calls me stupid
Im thinking of pumping another girl and tell her about it so she will acually rely less on me and possibly help herself up
Would this work and would it be ethical?
(P.s she has barely friends and i know her enough and she isnt cheating on me)

i think it's awful that you're trying to justify your desire to cheat by framing it as being the first step in helping to improve your partner's life.
if you TRULY believe that doing that would somehow help her, you're delusional.
with that having been said, i think it's fair for you to be unhappy with your partner. tell her what you just posted here. explain to her that things have changed and you're unhappy. if you're willing to work on it, tell her that you're willing to try and change things if she is too. if you're ready to leave, end the relationship.
