Let me help you out. You said you're incredibly dependent on your girlfriend. She does a lot for you. This is wrong for two reasons. One you already see for yourself in the fact that she is constantly around you. She's pretty much granted that since you depend on her so much. Two you just shouldn't be too dependent on anyone. It's a horribly dumb thing to do in life. Back to why she's around you constantly. You can't tell her no because you haven't told her no in regards to anything.

You should break it off. Learn to be a little independent. You don't deserve freedom if you're just mooching off someone. Look at it this way. When you lived with your parents. Did you get much freedom. Most likely no because they provided everything for you.

You ditch her. Yes it sucks. No, it's not good for you. She seems like a typical clingy gf. Clingy people eventually become a burden to have around. They need to work on their self-confidence before going around trying to land a serious and mature relationship, something that'll work in the long run. They aren't bad people at all, but they can't pretend to have you for themselves all the time, and they need to understand that.
